However, it is possible for some customers to receive their boxes within a few days following the order placement. We strive to ensure prompt delivery and appreciate your patience.

We do not use tea bags. Our selection exclusively features loose leaf tea, renowned for its superior quality compared to traditional tea bags. For an optimal brewing experience, we recommend using a tea infuser.

Our policy does not include the provision of refunds. If you don't love what is in the Craft & Tea Box, please reach out to us and let us know so we can make sure that doesn't happen again.

Please be aware that early termination of a subscription prior to fulfilling the agreed commitment term may incur cancellation fees. This policy is in place due to the significant costs incurred in initiating a new subscription.
