Early cancellation of a 12 or 6 month plan may result in additional fees being charged. This is needed to protect our offers for our existing and new customers. Please provide a detailed reason for the request for cancellation and we will work with you to make it right. A $5 CAD ($3.50 USD) fee for each remaining unpaid month in the plan for early cancellations will apply.
