Cancellation Of Subscription

Certain of the Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. Users may request to cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing hello@thecraftandteabox.com This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date. 

If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (3, 6 or 12 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your subscription, your subscription will auto-renew on the plan you originally subscribed to unless cancelled. .

If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $39.99 CAD.

You must cancel your subscription before the 11th of the month. All cancellation requests received after the 11th of the month will apply to the following renewal.

Renewal Of Subscription 

The company does not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for “auto renewals.” You will be automatically billed once your current subscription of 1,3, 6, or 12 month expires unless the subscription has been set to cancel prior to your final payment date in your initial commitment. 

If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your renewal, your subscription will automatically renew.

Box Contents

This is a subscription box with items in that are a surprise most of the time. From time to time we may reveal the items in advance. If you subscribe later in the month, we may have sold out of the box we are making that month so you will receive a bonus box, still containing a craft kit and a tea but it will be different from the one that people who signed up earlier will be receiving.
