Terms & Conditions

New boxes become available for purchase on the 1st of every month. You have up until the last day of the month to receive the following months box. 

Billing occurs on the 11th of the month. For your first sign up, you will be charged immediately and then moving forward on the 11th of every month until you cancel.

ALL 4 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS WILL AUTO-RENEW AT THE END OF THE TERM UNLESS CANCELLED.

 

Box will ship on the 4th of the month or the closest business day. 

Shipping is estimated to take 3-5 business days but we can not be held responsible for any delays with Canada Post or UPS due to weather or any other factor out of our control.

If you choose to sign up to a 3, 6 or 12 month plan then you are agreeing to be billed for all of these months. This is why we offer a lower monthly cost for these boxes. You may cancel your subscription at any but you will still be charged for the remaining boxes on your plan, your plan will just not be automatically renewed at the end of the chosen period i.e 3, 6 or 12 months) Please email us at hello@thecraftandteabox.com if you have any further questions. 

If you are not completely satisfied with The Craft and Tea box you can cancel

before you are renewed for the next shipment which is the 11th of the month. You will need to log in to your account to cancel or email hello@thecraftandteabox.com

If you miss the renewal date on the 11th, your membership will be automatically renewed therefore you will be unable to receive a refund and your box will be shipped to you on or around the 4th of the following month.

 

By completing your checkout, you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew if not cancelled before the 11th of the month and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price. 

 

SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

When do I get billed?


You will be billed right away for your first box when you place your first order. Signing up for The Craft and Tea Box means opting into a membership that bills you for your subscription box every month. All subscriptions renew on the 11th of each month, in advance of your next shipment. Cancel anytime before your renewal date to not auto-renew. Boxes ship on or around the 4th of the month.




When do boxes ship?


Subscription ship on the 4th of the month (or closest business day) Example: If you sign up between June 1st and June 30th, your box will ship on or around the 4th of July. Boxes from our "Classic Collection" are shipped within 3 business days of order being placed.




Can I cancel?


Of course, we do not want to be a company that makes it very difficult to cancel an ongoing subscription. You'll find the "manage my subscription" button at the bottom of our "subscribe" page. Billing is on the 11th of every month so as long as you cancel before the 11th, you will not anymore boxes. Or you can also e-mail hello@thecraftandteabox.com and request to cancel. However, customers who signed up for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription are commited to this service. You will receive and be charged for the remaining boxes. You may cancel at anytime but your plan will not end until the 3, 6 or 12 months are complete.




How much is shipping?


Flate rate of $7.95 per box within Canada and $9.95 for US and estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.




What is The Craft and Tea Box?


We believe taking time for yourself is a necessary part of living, especially in today's world. Saying that, we know that it’s easier said than done. At The Craft and Tea Box, we carefully choose craft kits and tea's from small business owners and put them together in a box which is conviniently delivered to your door every month to make it much easier to just take some time JUST FOR YOU every month. Get comfy. Put the kettle on. Get creative.




How does it work?


There are 4 plans available for you to choose from: Monthly , 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Subscriptions auto-renew according to your plan at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (11th of the month) to not be renewed. For the 3,6 or 12 plans, you can cancel any time before it renews - however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your plan before your subscription ends and will not be refunded for the remaining months. Your subscribtion will just not renew at the end of your commitment period. For example, if you chose a 6-month plan at checkout and want to cancel after the 4th month, you will still receive your 5th and 6th box. Once you've cancelled, after your 6th final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end. If you do not cancel, you'll be renewed on a month to month subscription.
